Friendly ongoing support to keep your Squarespace or Shopify website healthy, up to date and quietly improving – without you needing to think about it.

What this is

Website Care is a light‑touch monthly plan designed specifically for Squarespace and Shopify websites.

It’s for businesses who want their website looked after properly as their business evolves, without needing to book ad‑hoc work or worry about things slipping out of date.

Each month, I review your site and make a small set of considered improvements within your care plan. These might be one slightly deeper update, or a few smaller quick wins – depending on what will be most useful at the time.

This plan is not about big changes or constant tinkering. It’s about steady, sensible progress and peace of mind.

What’s included

• Monthly website review (desktop and mobile)
• Ongoing housekeeping and improvements, such as:
• layout or spacing tweaks
• internal linking improvements
• light SEO tidying
• content or image updates
• call‑to‑action refinements
• Light review of built‑in analytics (Shopify or Squarespace only)
• Short monthly update summarising what’s been done
• Priority email support (responses within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday)

I decide what’s tackled each month based on impact, your priorities and what will genuinely improve your site.

This plan is available only for websites built on: Squarespace or Shopify

I don’t offer ongoing support for Wix, WordPress or other platforms.

What’s not included

Website Care focuses on small, ongoing improvements.

Larger pieces of work – such as new pages, major visual refreshes, new features, app setup or launches – sit outside this plan and are always quoted separately. Nothing extra is done without your approval.

How it works

• Monthly subscription
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
• Cancel or upgrade at any time after that
• Onboarding form sent automatically after purchase

When to consider upgrading

If your business is growing, you’re launching new services or products, or you’d like more proactive improvements each month, Website Care Plus may be a better fit - I will also advise if I think moving up a tier would be the best for you.
