Website Care - Monthly Support

Ongoing support to keep your Shopify store healthy, up to date and steadily improving, so you've always got someone in your corner even when you're not quite sure what your website needs next.

What this is

Website Care is a monthly plan built for Shopify businesses who want their website properly looked after as things change and grow, without having to book ad hoc work every time something needs attention, or keep track of the small things that tend to slip once a site's been live a while.

Each month I go through your site and make a considered set of improvements, sometimes one deeper piece of work, sometimes a few smaller wins, based on what will genuinely help at the time.

A good chunk of it is the kind of thing you wouldn't necessarily think to ask for, because you're running the business, not watching the website for cracks. That's what I'm here for.

What’s included

There are three tiers, £100, £200 or £400 a month, each building on the last.

Website Care keeps the essentials moving with a monthly review and a set of considered improvements.

Plus adds proactive suggestions, work on your product templates and apps, and a proper monthly read on how things are performing.

Pro is built for businesses with more going on, more products, launches, bigger pushes of content or new pages, with enough time each month for me to use my own judgement on what will make the real difference.

Website Care suits businesses who want reassurance and continuity without frequent upheaval.

Plus suits growing businesses who want more proactive attention and a clearer read on how things are performing.

Pro suits businesses with more moving parts, who want a genuine bit of new work landing each month, not just upkeep. I'll always say if I think a different tier would serve you better.

What's not included

Website Care, at any tier, is about steady progress and proper attention, not major overhauls. A full rebuild, a brand new section of the site, or a big brand refresh is still its own project and gets quoted separately. Day to day, if it fits inside the time each tier gives me, I'll use my judgement on what's worth doing and get on with it.

How it works

Monthly subscription. Minimum commitment of three months. Cancel or upgrade at any time after that. Onboarding form sent automatically after purchase.

When to consider upgrading

If your business is growing, you're taking on more products or launches, or you'd like more proactive attention each month, Plus is usually the next step up. If things have grown further still, more products to manage, bigger launches, or a website that needs someone properly across it rather than checked in on once a month, Pro tends to be the better fit. I'll always say if I think moving up a tier would serve you better, rather than leaving you to work that out on your own.
