Website Builds and Social Media / Digital Design

 

 

 

 

 

No refunds are available for website builds, social media content creation or digital design work.

 

 

 

 

 

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This reflects the time, preparation and expertise committed to your project from the moment we begin — work that cannot be undone or reassigned once it has started.

 

 

 

 

 

A deposit is required to secure your project. Paying this deposit confirms your acceptance of this policy. If you choose to pause or cancel part way through, you will be charged for all work completed to that point, with any deposit already paid offset against the balance owed.

In-Person and Virtual Events (e.g. Shopify in a Day)

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds for in-person and virtual events are available as follows:

 

 

 

 

 

- 30 days or more before the event: 100% refund

 

 

- 14 to 29 days before the event: 50% refund

 

 

- Less than 14 days before the event: no refund

 

 

 

 

 

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing by email to helen@hrdigitaldesign.com. The date your email is received is the date used to calculate the notice period. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

 

 

 

 

 

If HR Digital Design needs to cancel an event for any reason, a full 100% refund will be issued to all participants.

Shopify Glow Ups and Website Audits

 

 

 

 

 

Shopify Glow Ups and website audits are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

 

 

 

These are time-based services that require preparation, research and focused work from the outset. All fees are non-refundable once a session has been booked and commenced. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to find an alternative date, subject to availability.

Other Ad Hoc and Day Rate Work

 

 

 

 

 

All other ad hoc, hourly or day rate work is non-refundable once a session has taken place or work has commenced. Deposits paid to secure a booking are non-refundable. If you cancel with reasonable notice, we will always try to offer an alternative date where possible.
